1. Production & Fulfillment

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. Production typically begins within 24 hours after your order is placed. Orders are fulfilled by the nearest available production facility to your shipping address, ensuring faster delivery and reduced carbon emissions.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping 

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary. 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer promotions such as free shipping on orders over a certain amount. 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress. 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Gelato handles customs clearance in most countries; however, in some cases, you may be required to pay additional fees upon delivery. 

6. Delivery Guarantee

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will work with Gelato to resolve the issue. 

7. Returns & Replacements

As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
